What is a zine?
Zines are mini "magazines" made by folding a piece of paper into different pages. Zines usually center around a theme, whether it's political, literary, artistic, or some combination. They can be made for fun, or used to self-publish on a topic of interest through photocopying or digital sharing.
There's no right way to make a zine, it can involve collage, writing, drawing, or any other form of expression that can be fit onto each little page. In the ones we're circulating, we hope you will fill a page with whatever's on your mind related to the cover page or other peoples' contributions. Above all, we hope it's a way to connect with other people in the community and provide a means for artistic expression regardless of skill level!
